Annex Amp Origin
I will always remember the day Jon walked in my door with a project. He wanted me to stuff this bazaar green amp missing its internal parts. Jon found one of my unique “Pulse Width Modulating Circuits” favorable. It produces a “Core Harmonic Overtone Shift” following the dynamic expression of the players hand. I also included my expanded range low end EQ for detuning and modern instrument needs. Three hours later and just before leaving on tour the “GREEN MONSTER” was born.

As that tour went on, all the other bands preferred to use Jon’s rig. As a result, Overtone Works is now designing and building unique amps and pedals for Jon.
Annex is designed for multi-channel operation with one channel identical to the original and one channel multi-voiced and overlapping for extreme flexibility.
